Following an article in the Guardian newspaper in 2008 we started volunteer weekends. In addition we organise a few other ‘job weekends’ for volunteers to come and help us and get some fresh air. Our aim is to make the weekend enjoyable as well as giving you an insight into the making of cider and perry. Everyone who came last year thoroughly enjoyed themselves. Hopefully, we can offer a similar experience to you. www.guardian.co.uk/travel/2008/aug/17/travelfoodanddrink.camping A similar articles appeared in the Telegraph (CLICK HERE) and Times (CLICK HERE). However, you need to be a paid up member to read the Times article!. Click as appropriate to read the articles.
