Fiona and Dave enter the Hall of Fame for starting the Welsh Society for Cider and Perry. The aims are to: -
1. Find and propagate rare (lost) Welsh cider apple varieties for future growers.
2. Encourage small producers and to provide increased marketing opportunities.
3. Encourage people to experience real cider making, as well as the end product.
