LIZ COPAS
After Graduating with an Honours Degree in Horticulture and Crop Protection, Liz returned to Somerset and has worked for over 20 years as a Cider Pomologist at Long Ashton Research Station near Bristol. Liz is now the National Association of Cider Makers’ Orcharding Advisor and Field Trials Officer for all the cider growing counties.
